Guardian Equity Services, LLC encompasses all aspects of large to modest renovations and construction. We maintain full accountability for pre and post construction management and major rehabilitation of project acquisitions. This includes construction scheduling, purchasing of materials, equipment negotiation and administration of the entire project from start to completion.
Danny Singh has more than 18 years experience within this realm and is personally responsible for overseeing major renovations ranging from $150K up to $18 million per project. His contacts in the industry enable our clients to save massive amounts of money on major renovations, repairs related to losses from wind, flood, or fires, and of course special projects such as boilerwork, parking enhancements, updating amenities, sewer or storm drain repairs, etc. Because many of these expenses arise unexpectedly and are not budgeted, controlling such costs often makes the difference between positive and negative cash flow.
Centralized Maintenance and Special Project Services
Our maintenance group oversees the day-to-day actions of maintenance personnel on the property. Focus areas include electrical, plumbing, power outages, and air conditioning with an emphasis on timely emergency needs.
Our Maintenance Superintendent, Carlos Olivo, works with the on-site maintenance teams to implement our standards for preventative, ongoing, and seasonal maintenance. The mission of this department is to enhance resident satisfaction and control costs while focusing on safety and preservation of the asset.
