Guardian Equity’s internal administration team, led by Olga Omandam, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, enables Guardian to provide substantial savings for each line of service through the set-up of our own in-house accounting reconciliation. Olga played a vital role in the growth of her last employer from ownership of just under 10,000 units to over 44,000 units. These same systems and processes are utilized today within Guardian.
